FLOREXX makes use of the matrix structure of management, governance, and decision-making. We use structured communication channel to achieve our goals. The matrix structure model helps in the better flow of communications for increased accountability from our strategic leaders, managers, and all other staff of the organization.
In the matrix structure, each department is headed by a department VP, Director, Manager, or another appropriate title. Different individuals working in different units perform specific tasks. The board of directors and executive staff utilize integration to run the organization successfully. The High-level executives make most decisions which are then passed down to lower levels for implementation.
